Truegreen taking advantage of the disabled!

It all started when Trugreen came to our door selling their services. Kim their service rep told us about the company (Trugreen) was trying to overcome and rebuild their reputation of charging for servicing their customes, but not spraying the whole yard. I told Kim that the only way I would take their services was if they agreed to come to my door before they sprayed my yard. The reason for this is Im totally disabled and keep my fence locked to my back yard. She said that would not be a problem, and assured me they would come to the door each time they treated my lawn.

Needless that never happened so I called Trugreen to complain and they informed me Kim should not have agreed to those terms, but she did. On time they supposedly sprayed my yard in which they did not come to the door, My daughter and my grandson and myself was in the backyard so I know they didnt spray my backyard, but I was charged the full amount. I called to complain and they were to send the tech back out once again he did not come to the door so the gate was not unlocked. They started calling us at all times of the night and day speaking very rudely.

I called to cancel my service and once again explain that I was disabled and had to come and unlock my fence or they cant get in to spray. This was like three (3) times they had not sprayed my backyard. They agreed to cancel my account and I agreed to pay half of the $35 bill for the part of the yard that I couldnt prove if it was sprayed or not.

The next thing I know I get a bill from Trugreen for the full amount not the half we had agreed on. Now they have turned my account over to a collection firm. If I were you really watch your lawn to make sure they really do what their paid for, if they will do this to a disabled woman on a fixed income there is no telling what they will do. Customer beware!!!
