If you or anyone you know is trying to business with a company called Elite Homes of KC Inc. Do not do it. They are crooks and will take every penny you give them. Do not buy a home from them, do not lease to own and do not rent from them. The family name is Wheeler. Bonnie, Gary, and Jeff Wheeler do business under the name Elite Homes of KC Inc. They are CROOKS!!! Tell everyone you know, please do not do business with them. Please pass on if you know anyone looking for a house in the Liberty, Kansas City North are or just simply North of the river. Check into who the owner is before you buy. Their houses are shoddily made and they will find any reason to take your money and not give it back such as a deposit. We signed our lease, stayed the entire year, cleaned after we left and they said because we were in a lease with option to buy we were not going to get our deposit back. Then turned around and said, "you didn't pay your puppy deposit, so you forfit your deposit". We were told we didn't need to worry about a puppy deposit. They stole $2000.00 from us and we really need it back!!!
