Individuals beware. This attorney will take your money, never show for your Court hearings, lie to you about all the great things he can do for you, will tell you he will keep you of jail, get all your charges dropped and then hand your case over to his secretary to do all the leg work. He spends more time practicing for his signing career and vacationing in Florida than he does working for his practice. He will tell you that he was in Court and that is the reason he is late for your appointment when he is actually home doing god knows what. He will have you sign an initial fee agreement and never enter his appearance on your behalf so when you do not give him an additional retainer to continue to represent you he doesn't have to petition the Court to get out of being your attorney. He will take your money and do nothing to show for it. Trust me I have first hand knowledge and a book of information to prove it.
You would be better off hiring a public defender to represent you.
