Jewish Community Business Guide -Advertising and got ZERO Result - Improbability - Must be a Lie

We paid over $1,000.00 to advertise with the Atlanta Jewish Business Guide in an attempt to reach a different typet of public. We submitted our ad and we received 1 book wherein our ad was in it. However, we received NOT ONE call from our ad. We track every new customer. We ask them how they found our company and we keep very exact records and have been for 6 years. We also can see how people get to our website whether it trough Google or what have you. After 3-4 months of NOT ONE customer reach from this ad, we complained and demanded evidence that they actually distributed the books as per the contract. We were told by Customer Service that they would place us on a priority call list. Still NOT ONE customer reach from this ad. It has been a year now and NOT ONE CALL FROM THIS AD has been received by our customer. It is an improbability. We get calls off phone books we do not advertise in but have a complimentary listing. There is a LIE here. I have full documentation of our records etc. I would not suggest wasting your money with this company.
