Misleading information

Asked to have my drivers license renewed and change the class from class B to class C. Was told it had to be sent to Harrisburg it could only be don e there. I was told B&E woulld call me when it came back so I could take the photo card to the DMV and get my photo and new license. I called on the 19th it was not back. I went there on the 20th it was not back and I was told it might be back sometime next week. I told them my license would expire by then I was told that I should have come in sooner which I replied that if I new it would take this long I would have gone to Harrisburg myself. B&E mailed me the photo card which I received onthe26th. The insert with the photo card was missing. When I went to the DMV with my photo card I received a new license. I asked two people from thr DMV if I could have come here instead of Harrisburg the both said yes. I paid B&E for service and got missinformation and grief. To make things worst B&E is listed on the DMV web site as a agent. The agents should know the proper thing to do and not worry about making a dollar.
