Lousy company which provides a horrible service to both renters and owners. The owner is higly motivated to rip off unsuspecting people who don't read their contracts well and when asked to perform repairs, they never show up leaving the renter to hanlde and pay for everything. STAY AWAY from this company unless you are a big attorney which I hope one of these days they run into. This company will get sued or prosecuted for ripping off their customers soon enough.
