Hopefully you are Reading this message in time before it is to late! This Gentlemen Chris Termeer has been posing as a Business Broker taking people's money for deposit's on Business's and then never returning calls. I have done much research into this guy and he obviously has himself built up on the internet as a big to do. Any person that takes the time to research him will find out the guy is one big Sham his Business address's and I mean Address's all over are all coming back to Condo's around the tampa bay area. There is no such existing Brokerage Business linked to a office of any sort. He has taken money from people and represented himself as functioning broker in regards to all sorts of business's. Save yourself the headache of litigation and purely being ripped off, just deal with a reputable Broker it is very easy to check out who you are dealing before hand. During the time of finding out who this guy really is I have spoke with quite a few people along the way that have plenty of colorful things to say about this guy! I truly don't believe this guy has ever made a legitimate Business deal in his life.
