The website for a free credit report is very confusing.
Customer service dept is rude and uncooperative. After being on hold for 1/2 hr was treated like some dummy. Supervisor was even worse and as much as said "tough".
Beware of the choices or it will cost you 24.95 just for your report.
Same information is available at other site for free!!
