Virel Maxwell worked for my parents like a house clerk in Brooklyn, NY, first taking care of my mom, then for my dad after my mother died.

My dad died in March, in the era of 93. Virel explained and my spouse that my dad had requested her to settle opportunities he'd produced in a medical home that she possesses in Jamaica (Avondale Nursing House, 28 Avondale Road, Spanish City, Jamaica). I questioned just how much this could be and Virel stated she'd discover when she got an opportunity to proceed thru her documents.

I had been only a little amazed to listen to about these opportunities since my spouse and that I had fulfilled using the lady who initially called Virel to my parents (in her part as chief of an Alzheimer's and aging assets middle) in 2000 (and compensated $100 for that assembly) and we believed she'd let them know to prevent the financial transactions. Later, after I questioned her by what she advised them, she did not remember the assembly whatsoever.

She explained she'd talk with me when she returned to NYC, which could be "quickly". It has been over 2 yrs and there's been no assembly and that I have just seldom had the opportunity to achieve her by telephone. My dad's attorney recently published in my experience: "the one thing I understand concerning the expense is the fact that your daddy told me about it being truly a error and he wanted he never made it happen".

On February 3, I named her in Jamaica. The telephone link was really loud but she managed to get obvious that she didn't wish to talk with me. She stated something about attorneys but no indicator of when or exactly how we might organize something.

In March, my lawyer named her in Jamaica to atleast get her attorneyis contact info. She advised him she'd be back in NYC in per month, she'd "take a seat together with her attorney" plus they might show-me the bills or cancelled checks demonstrating just how much she repaid.
