On 11/1/09 I ordered a CNC router from PCNC Automation in Vevay Indiana and paid in full and was given a delivery date of 12/13/09. On 12/22/09 Bill Johnson (the owner) e-mailed that he was having personal issues and needed to go to Texas.
On 1/25/10 he called to say the last pieces he needed for my machine were in customs and machines would be built starting 1/29/10. He also told me that he had taken money from 14 people and had that many machines to get out.
His phone number changed twice, all of his phone numbers are now disconnected and the last e-mail was returned by his accomplice Sheila P. Larocque was on 3/7 saying that she or Bill would call me by Wednesday 3/10/10. Never happened.
One individual went to small claims court and won because Bill didn't show up. Another individual called the clerk at the courthouse to see if his date of 4/20 for a small claims appearance was still good - he was told that the sheriff tried to serve Bill Johnson papers and it appeared that he had skipped town.
