American River Village Fraudulent charges, breaking contract, harassment

This company painted my front door and sent me the bill for $110.00 They are claiming that the door was damaged by the tenant, needed repair and it is our responsibility to repair and paint it. There was no damage to the door. The association's rules and regulations forbid the tenant or owner to paint or make repairs to the doors. They are lying about the damage and going against their own rules and regulations by saying that the repairs are on us. Beware of Mr. Bret Donaldson, he is full of bologna.
