Poor and rude service to a custome

I visited this advantages shop recently, (at forty East Chicago St., Dallas, IL) to ship a disposable product for my company. After I offered the worker my product, he explained that it'd not deliver that evening, since the air courier had simply quit.

I asked the worker if he may help me look for a regional advantages shop or container to decrease it. He explained "no, I'm not likely to do this foryou". I stated excuse me you'll not assist me? He explained no, we're not advantages, and so I do not have to assist you.

I had been surprised - Fed-Ex can help you with comparable problems, and thus may the USPS, and so I guess that I'll deliver with Fedex with the USPS as frequently as you can.
