Advertise in Pennysaver as work from home stuffing info packets and ripped my off for $40

I saw an ad in the pennysaver several times before calling the number. The recording said give us your name and address and we will send you info regarding making money for stuffing our information packets from home.
What came was a form with some general info and iron glad guarantee that if you didn't like the program the $40 to progress your acct into their system would be returned. They claimed NOT to be a scam and offered a 100% return.
I sent my $40 money order and form (and made a copy) before mailing it. When three weeks passed and I received nothing (ALL materials were suppose to arrive within 5-7 days) I took out my form and called the number on the form. It was a recording telling you to send your form that no one was available to take your call and you could not leave a message. I tried the number for several days with the same response. So I saw the ad in the pennysaver again and atleast this number allowed you to leave a message. I left my name, that I wanted a return call, that they had my money and expected a response. Nothing. I wrote them a letter reiterating their 100% money back guarantee and requested my money and to date have received nothing.
They are a total scam
