Mike Swartwood Fraud/took money, never received merchandise

Originally approached and compensated OSF Tattoo/Paul Swartwood to complete two tattoos for my spouse. These were not complex tattoos, simply two titles about 6" long. We were informed he'd have to do them in phases for that printer to get hold. It got many periods to "total" tattoos (that are however irregular and we are likely to a reliable tattoo artist to possess redone) as well as in these periods he advised OSF Tattoo he'd do an apprenticeship for my spouse in a portion of the price ($500). He was compensated the $500 and we proceeded to buy the required materials ($811) thru his organization. Though we did obtain some little materials that I'd taken care of seperately in the preliminary $811 cost, we never obtained initial purchase. We did purchase and obtained a tattoo starter package. First many calls to Paul Swartwood were fulfilled with guarantees of materials being obtain within times, after many grievances about products not obtained, received justification after justification from OSF Tattoo.informed OSF Tattoo that because of the period duration need a complete reimbursement for materials AND Tattoo apprenticeship. We were informed we'd get a licensed sign in 10 business days. I named to "advise" OSF Tattoo the 10 business days were nearly up, we achieved with increased reasons why we'd not be obtaining the reimbursement. Lastly informed by Paul Swartwood that the reimbursement was delivered via check. Never gotten reimbursement and additional efforts were fulfilled with Check was delivered.
