Tower Financial Service and the 2 owners Anthony Alire and Arnold Morales are nothing but thiefs. They collected money from one of my tenants and never bothered to pay me my portion, that is estimated at over $6000.00.. If anyone has any information about these 2 crooks, call the West Covina Police Department.
