Customer service ripoff - hls5086wx/xaa

So I bought a replacement lamp from this company on Oct. 28th of 2008 and it just went bad. I contacted Bluestar to have them cover a new one as the product comes with a one year warranty. Not only can you not get anyone to call you back, but if you email them they send you a prewritten response that has nothing to do with your email. When they wanted my business they were quick to take payment, but now they won't honor their warranty and I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with these people. Also, I can almost guarantee that this is a very small time operation. Complete rip off box movers. They buy it super cheap, sell it cheap, and when something goes wrong they're not to be found. This is the kind of company that gives online businesses a bad name.
