Company offers cheap printing services touting customer service as its unique selling proposition. It promises a 24-48 hour turnaround on artwork and design, but took 7 days to provide me with an acceptable proof.

Their graphics department works very slow, and each change you make to the proof takes another 24-48 hours to implement.

Their shipping prices are also very high - $40 for standard shipping of 500 postcards.

I had a tight deadline and was in danger of missing it so I asked the customer service to ship the cards overnight to me at no charge, which they refused to do, so I cancelled the order.

All they would have had to do is ship the cards and not charge me and I would have been happy but it seems they would have rather lost the order completely than to give me that small concession.

Also their employees seem to keep irregular hours, and although the main answer desk answers general inquiries quickly, I found my account rep and artist difficult to reach.

They also do not print on weekends so if your order falls on a weekend you have to wait till Monday.

I would not recommend this company.
