Credit Card Rip off Scam, Consumer Fraud These People are Fleecing literally thousands of people for Millions of dollars

Approx August 1st 2003 I received a phone call from a woman identifing herself as Monica Agent #3650 from Royal Credit Solutions. She offered us a Visa Card with a $2500 credit limit for $296 US.

We were trying to Reestablish our Credit due to a business bankruptsy aprox 1 year prior.

Monica said that they would debit the $296 from our checking account and because we were trying to reestablish our credit there would be no annual fees or interest as long as the payments were made on time. She gave me her agent #3650 and the company phone number 1-866-250-6035 and the hours M-F 9-5. She also gave me a tracking number 49xxxx and said I would receive my new Visa in 4-6 weeks.

On August 19th my Checking account was debited for the $296 US and after several weeks I called the Phone Number and said I hadn't received my credit card. They said my package was due to be shipped in a few days.

I finally received a package from them but when I opened it it had some papers and a book with buy one get one offers but no Credit Card. So I repackaged the box and returned it to them via certified mail with a letter demanding a refund. Well to this date I haven't received a refund or my credit card. So I notified my Bank and the local Police Dept. And they also put me in touch with the Kern County District Attourneys Consumer Fraud Unit.

Beware and never give your bank or personal identification to anyone over the phone or internet. These People are Fleecing literally thousands of people for Millions of dollars. Please don't become a statistic like us.
