Hire them and fire them-should be company motto

I feel compelled to submit a response to the people that have given a positive report on Brighten Communications. After working for Brighten Communications for two months, I was fired via a one line e-mail, along with a telephone number that had been disconnected. I then telephoned my so called HR representive at the company's telephone number, left a message of my shock of being terminated on a Friday afternoon, after completing a successful week of work on my projects, and I was never contacted by my so called HR leader.

In hopes, not to sound unprofessional or bitter, it is my responsibility to get the word out, that clearly the management group or might I say the HR person at Brighten Communication, have no attributes of how a successful company operates, especially in the Human Resourses area.

Also, with this said, the resourses of Lead Generation supplied to Brighten's Appointment Setters are sub-standard at best. It amazes me how Brighten can maintain their Client Base with Leads that are either, disconnections, years old and owners/decission makers are incorrect, which makes it impossible to obtain any measure of success for not only the Appointment Setters, but clients as well, after it has been said by Brighten, their clients are top propriety.

In closing, the staff at Brighten Communications, apparently are either uneducated or unable to handle their employees in a professional, business like matter. One would only surmise that this company will have a short life term in this competitive field of telemarketing. My professional opinion after many years in Direct Sales, Business Development and experience in the Business World, is that Brighten will not substain a place for very long, unless the company improves their quality of, not only staff, but support for their clients and employees.
