It all sounds good before they have your money, when they get it your toast!

I purchased a watch from centrawatches it was not what I orderd. I called them and they said they would send the right one the next day. The next day came and no watch, so I called again and they told me I would get it by monday, monday came and no watch so I called again. They said I would get it no later than wednesday, wednesday came and no watch. I called them and they hung up on me. I called them for several hours sometimes they would send my call to a full mailbox and sometimes they would pick up the phone and hang up on me. And not only was it the wrong watch but there was no paper work with it, which they said would come with it, and the band was in need of repair when I got it. I would not recommend doing business with them!
