Ncadmats.com Jay Elliot rude, high pressure, spam, emails, deceptive

I found this "opportunity" on Franchise Direct under low cost franchises. I requested more information and was flooded with emails from Jay Elliot of www.ncadmats.com. The emails eventually started advertising that the price was going to increase from $300.00 to $400.00 on 04/01 because of shrinking territories.
I did contact Jay Elliot on 03/23. I did speak with Jay and I found it hard to have a decent conversation because he was "at his kid's karate class" and I found it hard to try and discuss business. Jay did tell me that he had 62 people under him and that Oklahoma, where I live, did not have anyone covering the territory.
Due to the distraction in the background, I told him that I would contact him later that evening around 10 P.M. Est. As my luck would have it, my youngest son broke his arm and I had to take him to the ER. I didn't call Jay as I said I would and then he called me, but there was no answer. Well, no joke. I was at the hospital. Today, I got an email from Jay stating that the Oklahoma City territory was sold today.interesting, because I had just talked to Jay the evening before and all of Oklahoma was open? It's just amazing how someone over not even a 24 hour period took the OKC territory? I've been looking at this for several weeks. So here's the reason I'm here reporting this. See the next paragraph.
This is a copy of the email I received from Jay today.
Robert, I tried to call you last night a little after 10P.M. My time... No answer. I am a guy who ALWAYS does what he says he will do. I really have a pet peave about people who do not do what they say they will do. I spoke with you instead of watching my kids karate class. The least you can do is show a little common courtesy and call when you say you will call. If you are serious about exploring this opportunity please set a time to talk with me. If you are not serious please either unsubscribe yourself off my e-mail blast list or send me a note to take you off the list. I replied back stating that I wasn't sure it I wanted to do business with someone who would fire off an email like the above without even trying to find out why I didn't call or answer. I just got a smirk reply. I blocked him from sending me anymore emails. I think you should consider several times before making any commitments and getting involved with this guy.
This guy is a typical salesman. Very rude and ruthless.
