False advertising

On New Years Eve my loved ones joined an event there in a VIP desk "W" which was marketed as having a "birds-eye watch" of the display about the lower-level. It was bogus marketing, as only watch was the ground we were on. Spouse is disabled and may not see any display which was under from her chair, or every other from desk "W". We'd not need joined had we recognized this. Webster Hall didn't react to my grievances and declined partial compensation through my charge card. Desk "D" can also be marketed exactly the same method. Only desk "A", and only section of that desk for instance, has any watch of the game below. Criticism is false advertising... Team were useful during occasion, however if we'd recognized that there is no watch, we'd not need eliminated there that evening, at a price of more than 700 bucks. Very frustrating.
