A good cigarette.com ripped me off for cigarettes, charged me but never delivered

I had ordered from this company before and had no problems. The last order was in Dec. 2009. I paid by electronic check and it was taken from my checking account and the cigarettes were never shipped. I sent 2 letters requesting my money back and have not heard from them. I even mailed the letters with a certified return receipt and received both of them back signed, so I know they received them. Still nothing.
