I have contract Mr. Lake I have paid $4000.00 prequalification fee for four properties, Loan Modifications with my bank and what I have received is two Foreclosure dates in April. And NOD on the third. Mandy and Lake have asked me seveal times to send more money. For what! The third property to get Foreclosed? Mr lake or Ms Wilson will not return any E Mails I have tried to contact him and AAA to see what they are going to do to Help me get out of this foreclosure situation. The last I heard from Lake "it is imperative that you make the next payment" See if they can perform. I will keep you informed but for now DO NOt use them. If this gets Fixed I will Write Back a positive report. March 19.
