Refusal to honor their own catalog ripoff

My wife and I ordered a keyboard for her father as birthday present. The catalog and person taking the order confirmed that it came with legs. When he finally received the keyboard (late due to their botching the order) there were no legs.

We called customer service twice about the missing legs and were told that the catalog was a misprint and even though we were led to believe we were buying a keyboard with legs they did not intend to honor the order. But they're "sorry".
