Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing without permission Orange California

CIC credit Monotor company charged my credit card not once but twice 79.95. I had just deposited money into my account and went out to dinner and when i tried to use my credit card it was declined. I was so embarassed. And very angry luckyly my boyfriend had his. So the bill was paid.

I tried calling this company and they gave me the run around. I never really was able to speak with anyone with the right information then the phone would disconnect. I called my credit card company and they told me that i would have to file a dispute and it would take up to 7 business days. I really dont like to carry cash on my so i was unable to access my money for a week. They had to reissue me a new card. So that was taken care of.
But CIC credit Monotor company still has my information. Like my S.S. Number, my current address and phone #. I just want to let the people know about this company so that it wouldnt happen to them.
