Dishonest fraudulent billing consumer fraud ripoff Orange County

Last Feb. 2002 my credit card was charged 79.95. When I contacted CIC about the charge they said they would credit my account. After several billings and more calls to them they said they would credit my card. They didn't... I contacted the credit card company but the grace period had passed and they were unable to get my money back.

I just received my credit card bill Feb. 2003 and the same company CIC Credit Monitoring Services has charges my card for 79.95. I called CIC immediately and told them I DID NOT make the charge. The man said he couldn't take it off at this time.

What kind of shit is this.

I hung up and called my credit card company and filed a dispute with them.

I have been scammed to the tune of $159.90.

My credit card company has records of both billings and I hope the SOBS get it where it hurts.
