Eric Thompson is a crook stealing from people plane and simple

I need to share the blame. I read the company policy and smelled a rat then but got sucked in by price. I purchased an item that I was not able to use and decided to return it. I think that is what made them mad. I left several phone messages trying to get a return authorization number and nobody would call back. I finally called on the sales line and was told it would be emailed to me. { Still waiting } I was told I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. I love the reason. The company ownes many warehouses and when an order comes in it is sent to the main warehouse for shippment. This involves extra shipping and labor. The list goes on and on. Before making a purchase you need to read their "contract" and if that ain't a clue you can write the next letter. Another point they make is if an item is "lost" in shippment it is your problem not theirs. That in itself is a good reason to purchase elsewhere. When a company has a legal disclaimer putting all the burden on the consumer it is because they, Eric Thompson and his company, are crooks so they treat everyone else like a crook. I concede defeat on this transaction but if I ever go to Green Bay Eric Thompson will tote an a* whipping and that is a fact.
