Topglock bad company - deceptive practices!

I ordered two items from this company. Both items were listed as "In Stock" on their website. They sent me one item and charged me the full amount of shipping for both items. The other item has still not been shipped. I have been waiting over 4 months. I have sent 5 inquiries to their "customer service" and get the same lame excuses over and over again. They continue to list the item I am waiting for as "In Stock". I've pointed this out to them, and they refuse to change the listing on their website. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And, I dare anyone to dispute my account of this problem. I am still going through this nonsense with this company as I write this report.
