Western Security fraud stealing

Mr. Slay despite his arguments has continued to steal money from clients who are forced to use his services to comply with Parole and Probation requirements.

He has double charged clients who in one case refused and was arrested for non-compliance with probation requirements.

Mr. Slay is rude, uses sexually innapropriate language, and is allowed to continue to do so because most of his money comes from people who have no choice but to use his service and pay his fees.

When confronted with his behavior these people are told that they are trying to get away with something.
