This summer, I purchased a Daybed from The Daybed Store and realized that some of the part sent to me were the incorrect size. I contacted them and was directed to Merchantila. That has been a complete disaster. I have contacted these people at least three times to let them know that the sizes of the parts are incorrect, only to have them promise to send the correct kit. It is February and I have not been able to set up my daybed yet!!! I am so frustrated that I am writing to you to see if you have any suggestions!!!
