After seeing one of UCB live internet webinars, I decided to call and get my 15 min consultation for their 100k program. I had to leave a message and my phone number. Greg Flores called me and explained the program, the cost, and the cut off date for the class. I told him I would have to wait for the next class that was starting in 4 weeks. I received a email with the bank to transfer funds to and a phone number for UCB. 3 weeks later I called the number and was transferred by a operator to a Joseph Silva. Joe explained to me that Chris Reiff and himself would be my "coach". Seeing Chris reiff at the webinar and him being co-founder of UCB, I felt comfortable. Joe told me I would be able to obtain credit easier with a aged corp. And that they had some great deals on them at this time, so I bought into it and referred two friends who also signed up. 3 months into this program we stopped getting any response from Joseph Silva and Chris reiff. I did some checking and found out that I did not own the corporation I bought and that the corporation was sold to other people in different states. When I sent an e-mail to all parties I had dealt with that I demanded my money back or wanted the product and service I paid for. UCB emailed me back wanting to know what bank my money was sent to and all info I had with all conversations and e-mails for exchange for info on the where abouts of Chris Reiff. I contacted my lawyer and he told me that this is not a "brick and morter" comany and that alone should of been my first sign of possible fraudulent activity. Every phone number I got was a 800 number and anyone who called me had their number blocked, Second sign! He advised me to file reports in the states and cities of the different emails and instructions and call th internet fraud dept. Of the FBI. I have not heard from anyone since.
