Big John Giving me the run around about my $99.00 refund

I ordered the coaching website building program for $99.00 from Wealth Plaza (Big John's Websites)& (Results VS). I explained to the rep: Chris Jorgeson. Please I don't want toget scammed. So I will be able to call you if I get stuck. He indicated that I could call. I ordered this program on 4/7/10, and I have (3) days to ask for my refund. On 4/8/10, the rep was suppose to call me at 7:30p, no call. I called and left a message at 4356562223. On 4/9/10, I called several times, and no call back. So I called inand spoke with Danny, she gave me the fax number 4356524677. I faxed in my refund letter. The paperwork went thru on my end. I called back and Danny indicated the fax is processed by the compliance dept. And that dept contact person, Nikki does not answer. I left several messages on her voice mail. Also, I tried to call Chris back at 4356562223. My number is now blocked from this number. So I call to corp office at 4356347480 and I'm put on hold, and eventually transferred to Nikki's voice mail.
I want everyone to know about this scam. This is an affiliate marketing scam. And I plan to go and file charges and spread this news all over the place. I'm tired of getting scammed. And tired of companies that are out there doing this world no justice by scamming individuals who work hard for their money.
