False advertising - Misleading buyers

I bought trip for just two from Lihue for area of Kauai. It was a sightseeing trip. I talked with Kyle (easily remember it appropriate). Following a reservation we mentioned the sitting. I inquired if both people can get screen sitting. Kyle explained that I will guaranty screen sitting for both by purchasing an Top Class update which is extra $100. I did so that. However the real sitting didn't have second seat as window seat. I've numerous pictures as evidence of that and you will be pleased to deliver them. I had been trick into to spending money on update.
