Poor company, insufficient knowledge

I towed my damaged vehicle for their store to correct it. After examining it, they offered an estimation of $1500 to correct it but they explained that there surely is an opportunity of another component may be poor (price another $1200) plus they cannot tell till they are doing the $1500 fix. They declined to purchase after-market parts despite the fact that I provided them to signal a launch plus they are not accountable for the components. My vehicle was old enough to invest that cash onto it. I expected them when they understand somebody may purchase it as restored vehicle, the supervisor or whoever was behind the table provided me to purchase it for $150!! I towed back again to my house, did a little search on the internet, purchased JUST ONE component out the three they explained, and changed it on my own. VOILA my vehicle is operating again and worth $2500 and that I invested just $50 for that component!
