Telscape
Sucks!

Don't buy telscape. They have bad customer service, bad telephone service, and it's expensive. For starters, our family had verizon about 5 years ago. After hearing that telscape was cheaper, my mom decided to switch verizon to telscape. It has been nothing but problems since we switched.

The bad telephone and customer service is what inspired me to write this report today. Our phone line failed on 3/9/10 and has yet to be repaired (today is 3/12/10). I have charter communications' high speed internet. When our internet fails, most of the time it is only for 30 minutes and they have it fixed by then. The most they have ever taken to fix our internet was one night.

We've had this problem with telscape before but not for this long. I'd say the phone line goes out about 3 times a month roughly. When it does go out, they have it fixed in a matter of hours (still very annoying). The customer service reps are not at all helpful.
