Howard Luster, Jeanette Luster, and Draw Network Defrauded me in two real estate transactions

Howard Luster, owner of Luster Properties, Inc. Defrauded me through two real estat transactions. Mr. Luster promised to be the property manager for both properies, which entailed placing tenants in the properties, collecting the rent, giving me the rent so that I can pay the mortgages, handling all repairs and damages, paying the water bills, paying the property taxes, and anything pertaining to the two properties. Mr. Luster fulfilled his promises until February. He failed to pay any of the bills for that month until the present date. Additionally, Mr. Luster said he would get the properties out of my name within the next few months. That time has come and gone. I have tried to contact Mr. Luster, but he has ignored my phone calls. My attorney has tried to contact Mr. Luster, but he has been ignoring my lawyer.

I reported Mr. Luster to the Illinos Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Better Business Bureau. Currently, the Il. Dept. Of Fin. And Prof. Reg. Is investigating Mr. Luster and Luster Properties, Inc. Jeanette Luster who I believe is his mother was at the closings pretended to not know me when I showed up at their office twice with a police escort. Mr Luster is clearly avoiding me. I am having serious health issues and Mr. Luster is aware of this. I want him stopped. He is a licensed realtor in Illinois. He may be defrauding other people. I want him exposed. I contacted Andrea at Channel 5 News (312.836.5555) and told her what happened. She comtacted Mr. Luster who lied to her and told her I am a woman scorned, because he and I were in arelationship and I am just mad, because we broke up. Lies, lies, and more lies. He and I were never in a relationship. Please, expose this unsavory character. Thank you.
