The worbucks broker, Benjamin worbucks always ask his wife Pamela or office manager to check their agents files and make corrections. However, the original file was already fax to the other real estate agency. So when an agent close a deal that doesnt' matter the original. That goes 50% of commission. If the agent is not happy, then he will be accuse fraud and terminated from the office. As result, the Benjamin worbucks will keep the 50% of commission.in conclusion, whenever Benjamin worbucks want agent's money. All he need to do is ask other agency to fax over their copy.

Ever if the agent didn't make any mistake, they will fraud the client signature. What can the agent do? File complain with the real estate commission? It seems like they are doing nothing. I file the complain with them and have not get any answers yet. So my advice is if you are Worbucks agent, run...
