Rip off artists! Stole our deposit!

My fiance and I received an offer for a wedding photography package at a great discount. We met with Roy Parks, who presented a contract which required a $250 deposit with the remainder of the balance due on the day of service.
We paid the deposit in October. On February 7, we received an e-mail requesting more money, or our contract would be cancelled. I proceeded to call Roy Parks, who claimed that our contract was void and to guarantee our date we would need to send more money.
When I demanded a refund of our deposit, Roy Parks became belligerent and hung up on me. Shortly after that phone call, I received an e-mail stating that our contract was cancelled at my request, and we would receive a refund in 30 days.
It has now been over 30 days, with no refund, and no response at my attempts to further contact Expressions Photography. Since our initial meeting with Roy Parks, I have now found at least ten other people who have been ripped off by this man who falsely presents himself as a wedding photographer.
We will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I know it won't be the first one filed against Roy Parks and Expressions Photography, but I hope it will be the last so no one else is ripped off by this fraud.
