Portal. Xyzwarehouse.com took more money than original agreement. Can't get site to come up since i joined

All i wanted to do was get info on making money on the internet. I agreed to the 2.95 to get started. The site said if i wanted to continue with the subscription i would be billed 139.95 in a few days. (don't remember the exact time frame, but it was not the same day i agreed to the 2.95. Now i can't get on the website, it keeps saying loading, but never does. Please help me. I'm unemployed, the government just caused a delay in my money.
