INTERNET CASH MACHINE icm scam artist at work

I would love to inform every one i can of a scam by a company called icm websites, also internet cash money and the website of portal. Xyzwarehouse.com. This company offers to send you a start up kit for $2.95 which i though was fine. Well a few days later the company billed my credit card $139.95 then one week later they billed me $4.95. This is not something i agreed to. They claim it was all clear to see and clearly explained, which is not true from my perspective nor what i was aware of. It isnt even what they stated i would recieve a informational kit to work from home is what i signed on for. Not to mention i never recieved a start up kit like i was told. Well i tried to call the number that was attached to my bank statement that money was taken from and recived a recording that said not a working number. Then i called my bank and talked with them and filled out a dispute form and canceled my card to prevent further money removed from my account. A few days later i called the number and was able to get in contact with company they straight up refused to refund my money and give me the start up kit i ordered, they claim they had shipped it to me. Well a month and a half later i still havent recieved any informational kit. Please do not fall for this. It is a scam.
