Poor customer support

I've been spending money on my vehicle promptly, never overdue, for more than 3 years. At this time, my region is snow-bound. I can't pay the costs, and so I send my funds in.

I required thought to pay for by telephone and also have the charge waived, since I've never settled overdue. You know what... No thought. Being a great client matters for nothing.

Our initial mortgage wasn't possibly through Santander. They purchased out. Go figure. After I have completed with this specific mortgage, they don't need to be worried about me like a client again. When they buy-out every other of my loans, they'll need to consider the vehicle.
