Incorrect money change - gas

I was cheaped out my correct amount of change back of $100 bill & I purchased gas for the amount of $8. I was given back $72.instead of $92. Back YOnkers gas station at 843 Kimball ave clerk name is Jacob! Never going back there to buy gas again!!
