Fraudulently accessed my credit file and invaded my privacy

Carol Baskin and her law firm, BASKIN & BASKIN, accessed my EQUIFAX credit file WITHOUT my permission. Even if they had a legitimate reason, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT stipulates that they HAD to notify me of their actions before and/or after they accessed my credit file. They did not!

My privacy has been invaded and the authorities won't help. The FTC says that there are penalties for this but won't enforce them. They say go to your local GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS-they say go to the BBB and back to the FTC or go get a lawyer! Huh?! A FEDERAL law has been violated and they want ME to go get a lawyer and sue them for breaking a FEDERAL law? That's nuts! Where can a citizen go when their privacy has been invaded? I've contacted the DEPT. Of JUSTICE, the FTC, the FBI-where now? JUDGE JUDY?

Seriously, I need help here and I suspect that I am not the only person this happens to. Our privacy is routinely invaded by people like this because they feel that nothing will happen to them. Help me stop them and others!!
