Worst Establishment and Customer Care

Being a fan of ice cream, I was sure I would enjoy every visit to Baskin Robbins. Until, this past weekend when I was introduced to how the teen employees are treated. A young female was forced to come into work while sick because the boss simply didn't want to cover for her. I spoke to her and she told me, "[my boss] was worried about the health code violation of me not wearing my hat when he should be concerned about the rat control. There is poison on the floor and I've scrapped at least 3 mice off the floor beneath the waffle cones. When I told him we needed to shape up the store I was suspended for 9 days."

So if mouse-bitten waffle cones, re-dated cakes, and old ice cream is your fancy... Try Baskin Robbins where your opinion as a customer nor an employee matters.
