Bad service

Hi. I hired this company to do snow removal for both my parking lot and shovelling my stairs. I had the same problem last winter and they promised that this would not happen again this year. They did not shovel, everytime it snows i have to call (i can never get through, and i left many messages and never get a call back) when I finally speak to someone they tell me that they do not have us programmed in their GPS for shovelling and that this will be fixed immediately. And then the next time it snows the same thing happens again. Then last week i come home and find a notice that i have not made any payments to them, I have proof that both post dated checks cleared my bank account. So i phone them, and the women I speak to confirms that this is an error and that she will look into it and get back to me. I also tell her that i need an email to confirm that this letter was sent by mistake. A week later, i have still not heard back from her, so i call and when i finally get her on the phone she claims that she has not yet had time to look into this. I demand an answer by 5pm yesterday (March 1st 2010) and once again have not heard back. I have never experienced such awful service, and will never do business with them again, nor will i recommend them to anyone. What can i do to get my money back for the shovelling that was never done? Thank you in advance for your help.
