Rude workers, no refund check, don't recognize their particular advertisement

On a single event a fat checker created recurring snide remarks towards the bagger since I required document bags. They never deliver refund checks despite numerous telephone calls. Nowadays I noticed within their advertising 4 containers of Kellogg's cereal "17.6 Ounce to 25.5 OUNCE for $10.00" I looked for numerous products and after waiting in-line for 10 units ultimately spending and obtaining my bill, I discovered I had been billed $16.74 in the place of $10 for 4 containers of cereal. I delivered towards the same checker (whose name-tag announced her like a supervisor) and confirmed her the advertisement and stated the error. She first fully refused the error, then after I confirmed her again where the advertisement specifically stated "25.5 OZs" she screamed that I'd the incorrect dimension, where period her present client named me "A rude boy of the bitch" pulling the interest of the whole shop! Lastly the supervisor "H" turned up, I confirmed him the advertisement and waited for him to wander towards the cereal section (why I actually donot understand?) Upon returning he declined to recognize the published advertisement and attempted to speak me into taking smaller containers despite the fact that he recognized the advertisement stating 25.5 OZs. At this time I required a reimbursement and remaining.
