We bought awnings from Sunair many years ago. The awnings are loud with squeaks and rattles and sometimes don't run correctly. We've approached Sunair numerous occasions, simply to ask them to place the issue down onto their seller in the region. Whenever we approached Sunair last, they mentioned that, "the awnings are now actually out-of guarantee". Whenever we mentioned that we'd documented issues for them inside the guarantee time, they mentioned that, 'it's no further our issue."

Not just were not the problems actually resolved by Sunair, we were handled rudely, almost with contempt from the lady that operates work.
