I have to pay them for the waste of my time

We named Servpro of ROckville/potomac for cleansing after our roof dropped in. I had been informed there is a $100 charge for that estimation - and just before them arriving I PARTICULARLY requested about HVAC support, curtains and described area rugs. I really requested many concerns (that have been responded as though that support might be done withe another solutions supplied by servpro) about HVAC cleansing once we want to organize this with other activities in the home and do not need the remainder of the home getting messy when HVAC cleaning performed. Then when I obtain the estimation it generally does not contain these things so when I named Josh, the supervisor he claims "oh, we outsource those activities, they're individual" to allow them to not be achieved exactly the same evening and weren't contained in the cost directed at me. NEVER did they note this before visiting my home - that thety are likely to cost me $100. The estimation they offered me contains material my normal housecleaner might do and washing my sofa - THATS IT! How is that this "enjoy it never occurred" or total support because they promote on the site?

Now-not just do I've to hold back longer to obtain all might work completed w/d I lost four times awaiting servpro in the future after which provide mean estimation (and today additional suppliers reserved more out) but I've to pay for them for that waste of my period.
