Rude - Coupon/Customer Service

On 12/31/09, attempted to make several purchases at the Royston GA Rite-Aide Store. These purchases included 3 Nivea Lip Care Products. I had (2) Mfg coupons:
(1) a Buy one get one free of which I had more than met my commitment for & a second coupon: buy (3) Nivea Lip Care Products and get a 13.5 oz lotion for free. I met both commitments on both coupons, they were in no way same coupons on same purchase. The first cashier attempted to give me (3) lip products for free & when I pointed out that was incorrect she got really nasty.
She then called a second cashier over, who had no more sense or customer service than the first. They refused to honor either coupon. Needless to say, I walked out and left everything. Now the thing that makes me so angry, is I spend several thousands of dollars each year at my local Rite Aide in Rx & I have e-mailed customer service (3) times with my complaint and concerns & they have not responded. I work hard to be honest in using coupons, I was correct in this and I don't understand why I GET NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE!!! Thank you
